Chowk.PK, managed by Automate Ease (Pvt) Limited, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely, reliably, and on time. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products are dispatched, shipped, and delivered to customers across Pakistan.
Delivery Partners
We work with Pakistan’s most trusted logistics providers, including M&P, Leopards Courier, TCS, Call Courier, BlueEx, Trax, and other leading delivery partners. This allows us to provide nationwide coverage and ensure that your orders reach you in the shortest possible time.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, seller location, and delivery destination. Standard delivery timelines are:
• Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
• Secondary cities and towns: 3 to 6 working days
• Remote or rural areas: 5 to 8 working days
These timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or once the order is verified (for cash on delivery). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on the product weight, dimensions, seller location, and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. In some cases, promotional campaigns may offer free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or through your Chowk.PK account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier partner’s website or through our platform.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer to arrange a suitable time. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to Chowk.PK, and the customer may be responsible for re‑delivery charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery before receiving the package. Please ensure that you have the exact amount available, as couriers may not always carry change. Refusal to accept a COD order without valid reason may result in account restrictions.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
International Shipping
At present, Chowk.PK primarily serves customers within Pakistan. International shipping options may be introduced in the future and will be communicated separately.
Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery rests with the courier. However, Chowk.PK will assist customers in resolving any delivery issues and will coordinate with the courier partner to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Chowk.PK reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics, business practices, or regulatory requirements. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
