Chowk.PK values customer satisfaction and offers a return policy that allows buyers to return products under specific conditions. Products may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Customers must initiate a return request within the return window specified on the product page or order details. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These include but are not limited to perishable goods, personal care items, undergarments, software, and digital products. Products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase will not be accepted for return.
Once a return request is approved, customers will be guided through the process of shipping the product back to Chowk.PK or its designated partner. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected by our quality assurance team to verify eligibility. If approved, customers may choose between a replacement, exchange, or refund as per the applicable policy. If the product fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Chowk.PK reserves the right to update or modify the return policy at any time to reflect changes in business practices, logistics, or regulatory requirements. Customers are encouraged to review the return policy before making a purchase.
